We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading professional services business, who are on the hunt for a qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Management Accountant on an interim basis.
Our client is a global business, that has experienced significant growth recently and your role will support the Group Financial Planning & Accounting Controller and will be responsible for accounting, financial and process controls, reporting and stakeholder management.
About the role
- Monthly review of reconciliations including balance sheet accounts as generated by the Management Accounts.
- Profit & loss accounts with variance analysis
- Margin analysis
- Reconciliation of inter-company figures
- Business unit reporting
- Reviewing fees, costs and payment terms and conditions
- Leading and assisting with statutory audit preparation and ongoing support with auditors during audit periods.
- Liaising with the Accounting Team to ensure alignment of financials.
- Maintaining the bank accounts, processing and performing monthly reconciliations.
- Process prepayments, accruals and other general ledger journal entries
- Monitor, review & oversee AR and AP postings for Relocation transactions
- Budget and quarterly forecast preparation.
Your Skills and Qualifications
Our client seeks a qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) Management Accounting, who possesses excellent technical knowledge with accounting systems usage and development. You will have knowledge of preparation and development of financial reporting and the ability to complete month end processes, reviews and controls around financial and management accounting. Recent month end close and financial statement reconciliations experience.
