Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a finance team of 4, with 3 staff reporting directly into you. The company has more than doubled its turnover since COVID and its not going to stop there!

You'll will be expected to work full time, core hours are 10am-4.00pm, this can be worked on a flexible basis depending on if you like to attend an early gym session or have the school run to do. You may like to start earlier and finish earlier this is fine too!

You'll be ambitious and want to work alongside the Managing Director, taking full responsibility for all financial aspects of the business.

You'll be confident in producing weekly and monthly management reports, detailing KPI'S and you'll have no problem with representing these to the board for review.

You have significant experience producing quarterly and annual P&L budgets, cashflow forecasts and other financial reports that are expected from the Managing Director, with the assistance from your team.

You have solid communication skills and are able to work closely with operational staff at all levels, ensuring accuracy across all business functions.

You're not afraid to share your experience and ideas for improvements that may save the company time and money in the long run……….. this goes for systems that have been successful for you in the past too!

You are commercially minded and have strong Excel skills. Some experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
