As a Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, analysing data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our company's growth and success., , , Vacancy:, Ensure all reporting deadlines are delivered on time; monthly result, reforecasts, and annual budgets. Maintain strong financial controls through balance sheet reconciliations, project profitability reporting and co-ordination of external audits., , The role:, , · Accurate end reporting to deadlines, · Assist with Annual Budgeting, · Balance Sheet Reconciliations, · Project profitability reporting, · Provide all financial information to the Management Team when required., · Audit co-ordination, · Prepare and present board reports., · Bank Reconciliations, · Process monthly journals, accruals, and prepayments, · Maintenance of Fixed Asset register and calculation of depreciation, · Monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, · Calculation of monthly WIP, · Calculation and payment of quarterly VAT, · Produce Inter-group information and ensure that all accounts are reconciled., · Calculation of all inter-group recharges, · Process payroll and ensure all payments to employees/HMRC and Pension are processed correctly., · Manage and mentor the Finance Team (2 people), · Manage the HR function and ensure compliance., , The individual:, · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., · Accurate with high level of attention to detail, · Deliver to tight deadlines and manage own workload., · Outstanding organisational skills and self-motivated, · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, · Excellent communicator and relationship builder across all levels of the business, · Good knowledge of UK accounting and statutory requirements, · Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system also beneficial., · Open and approachable person., , If you're interested in this opportunity, please send your CV toat Bolton Adecco OR give me a call on 01204557350, Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
