Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kingston upon Thames. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for working closely with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met. The ideal candidate should be self-disciplined and possess exceptional
communication and numerical skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and
customer support, to ensure seamless execution of jobs and exceptional customer
and client experience.
2. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
3. Processing invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner
4. Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
5. Assisting with payroll and expense reimbursements
6. Responding to financial inquiries from employees, suppliers, and other external
parties
7. Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry into financial systems
8. Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes
9. Performing other administrative duties as needed
10. Maintain insurances (fleet and business insurance)
11. Input into refining and enhancing systems and procedures, including business
technology systems.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport,
negotiate, and influence key stakeholders.
3. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
5. Familiarity with Xero accounting software is a plus
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
7. Ability to manage clients, customers, and suppliers in a sensitive manner.
8. Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful finance management experience
9. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business
requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our and services.
10. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
11. A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or prior experience in a
finance or accounting role is preferred

Salary range £30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience.
