Finance Manager - Part Time

Reed Finance are pleased to have partnered with our client to support them in the recruitment of a qualified accountant to join the team on a part time basis.

Working across 3 or 4 days a week, this exciting opportunity will work closely with senior management and lead the day-to-day finance function, whilst also providing strategic and commercial input to the Managing Director and Operations Director.

Some key responsibilities:

• Monthly financial monitoring of the business, reporting spend variances to budget and associated commentary
• Responsible for ensuring the Company’s financial position is closely monitored, reported and any risks or opportunities highlighted
• Annual financial business plan maintenance with constant updating due to new opportunities or any risks that may arise
• Oversee and coordinate the production of the annual accounts
• Lead on the financial modelling of further business opportunities and re-shaping of existing service provision where required
• Support with the creation of any subsidiary companies, and subsidiary accounts ensure proper practise is adhered too
• Oversee the external audit process

A few key requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience working in a commercial finance position with exposure to senior management
• Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally across departments
