Job Title: Part Time Management Accountant

Location: Harlow, Essex

Remuneration: £15.00 - £20.00 (Hourly Rate) Experience Dependent

Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent

Working Pattern: Part Time (20-25 hours per week)

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? Our client, a leading service company, is seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team. With over 35 years of experience in delivering exceptional projects, they prioritise client care and project delivery above all else.

Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly VAT returns and maintain accurate records.
• Manage data entry, including processing invoices, credit notes, and bank payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and allocate customer payments.
• Issue invoices to customers and keep supplier accounts up to date.
• Assist with general office duties such as answering calls, taking messages, and scanning documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly management accounts by running reports.
• Proactively manage credit control and perform supplier analysis.

Requirements:

• AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is essential.
• Experience with invoice financing is a plus.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
