Your new role
As their new Finance Manager, you will manage the financial and administrative activities necessary for the satisfactory and legal operation of the Company, through the appropriate financial and performance reporting, budgetary control, financial and accountancy procedures, and systems. To lead the Company's "Best Value" programme, and to produce the draft Annual Budget and Annual Report and Accounts. The role is for 3 days a week and will be part of our Senior Management Team. They will have management responsibility for a full-time Finance Officer. Salary is pro rata £48,000 plus benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong technical accounting ability and be qualified to (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) level, stakeholder management skills, experience producing annual budgets, reporting, and analysis. Along with great communication, leadership ability, a proactive mindset, and strong software knowledge of Sage.
