This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller to oversee the Finance Department of a rapidly growing commercial business in Richmond. The ideal candidate must be a highly organised and a strong communicator, with prior experience gained within an international SME. Any experience with luxury goods could prove advantageous.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Taking responsibility of reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring accuracy
- Providing regular feedback and reports to senior management
- Leading preparation of budgets and projections
- Managing relationships with outsourced bookkeepers and accountants located in international territories
- Managing KPI metrics, reports and dashboards
- Controlling inventory and oversight of order management systems
- Monitoring day-to-day financial operations within the company, including invoicing
- Assuming responsibility for, and maintaining accountancy software (Xero)
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables & VLookups
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
- Experienced working with SMEs with international offices
- Happy to work onsite 5 days a week
