Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, monitoring and reporting in the broadest sense.The Finance Manager is the guarantor of the company's proper accounting and tax management. They will ensure compliance with UK/IE and IFRS rules. Generally speaking, the Finance Manager does everything possible to support the various departments in order to facilitate business.

Finance Manager Tasks

• Management and control of accounting entries (invoicing, payments, provisions, inventories, fixed assets, bank transfer validation,...) taking into account the so-called "four-eyes" principle
• Preparation of the auditor's audit (internal & external).
• He/She is responsible for managing and/or analysing the general and analytical accounts in SAP. Updating accounting and analytical charts of accounts, monitoring cost allocation cycles, etc. Application of the rules defined by LHI / UIL
• Prepares the various tax (Tax, Corporate Taxe, VAT UK & DE&IE, ...) and customs declarations.
• Fleet management in line with the Car Policy. Updating the Car Policy in line with local tax and market developments.
• Monitoring of local contracts (insurance,building rental, …)
• Financial part of HR as the Finance Manager
• Supporting the local finance team on various projects. Ensuring that there are enough staff in the department and that team-mates develop by working with them on the various processes currently in place and sharing the know how
• Monitoring customer bonuses
