The Finance Manager will report directly into the CFO and have one direct report.
As the Finance Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the year-end audit.
- Lead on the general ledger, including vendor set up, accruals, prepayments and project reporting.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Responsible for the payroll, pensions and preparation or P11D’s (with payroll bureau.)
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Raising PO’s, posting invoices and posting cash payments online.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting record and financial systems.
