SalaryOne of our global private sector clients is hiring a Finance Master Data Management Lead to own and be accountable for all finance data across the business and apart of a major ERP transformation.
Role: Finance Master Data Management Lead (Oracle)
Contract: 6 months initially
Salary: £650-£700pd Outside IR35
Hybrid role: 3 days a week in Bristol
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, Private Equity backed business who have grown rapidly over the last few years and are looking for a Master Data Management Lead to help grow with the business. The business is well led and highly successful with a clear vision which you will be integral in helping them achieve.

You will have the full scope over Data Stratergy, Governance and architecture of the data landscape and the chance to develop and implement a ccomprehensive Master data strategy for the Finance transformation programme, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

The ideal individual will possess strong Master data architecture, management, analysis, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of finance systems and their impact on business processes."
Key requirements:
- Considerable experience within Master DataManagement apart of an Orace ERP programme
- Have defined and enforced Master data governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain data quality and consistency across the organisation.
- Experience within Master Data Migration and Integration: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Master data migration activities in parallel with the SI partner
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with key senior stakeholders across the globe
- Experience leading MDM teams and workstreams
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Master data strategy for the Finance transformation programme
- Master Data Quality and Validation: Implement data quality management processes and tools to identify, assess, and remediate data quality issues
- Develop and execute Master data validation plans to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in the Finance system. Collaborate with business users to establish data quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and define data requirements for Finance system ETL, to ensure quality reporting and analytics.
- Provide data insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of business processes and system performance.
This is an interimopportunity with 3 days a week travel required to Bristol.
