The Role
This is a key customer focused role responsible for the collection of amounts owing the College, working as part of a diverse Finance Team. You will be responsible for working with colleagues across College to ensure the timely and accurate raising of invoices and chasing debt. You will work to improve efficiency and effectiveness by contributing to systems development related to HE/FE student finance, sales ledger and debt collection. You will also be expected to support College wide activities, such as open events, enrolment and graduation events.
What are we looking for?
You must have a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (and be able to evidence this by producing certificates). You will have experience and proven track record of sales ledger and credit control and experience of working in a finance environment. You must have experience of working with Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel and Word. A Finance or accountancy qualification is desirable.
