- Finance Administration
- Accounts Payable maintenance
- Processing invoices
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Maintenance of the finance system
- Liaising with suppliers and handling queries
- Managing supplier statements
- Payment allocation
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- Proficiency in financial software programs.
- Familiarity with general ledger maintenance and bookkeeping
- An understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
