Working for an educational organisation, based in Newton Abbot.
Your new role
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- BACS payments
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and resolving payment queries
- Process staff expenses
- Process journal adjustments
- Assist with debt collection
- Support with the preparation of financial reports
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be able to start asap. Previous finance experience is required and a willingness to complete a DBS application prior to starting.
