A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation in Southsea, who are seeking some to assist with the day to day aspects of the organisation's finances. You will be responsible for
- All aspects of billing including inputting discounts, monitoring receipt of funds, setting up direct debit plans and setting up new customers on the system
- Purchase ledger including processing supplier invoices, ensuring authorisation
- Credit control
- Banking and bank / credit card reconciliations
- Cash management
- General administration support and dealing with adhoc queries
This would be a full-time role, working from the office with a friendly team. You will need previous accounts / finance experience.
