URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a Finance Officer to join a logistics company based within the Hammersmith area.
Duties will include:
- Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
- Daily applications of AR invoices
- Upload cargo spot files
- Monitoring agents sales
- Checking bank balance to avoid cash shortage and to transfer excess cash
- Recording the invoices on the correct account
- Maintain control sheets for the station
- Annual reconcile station station assets
- Processing invoices
- Handling any queries
- Reporting to the finance manager
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
- Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- PC literate
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Sage 200 experience
- You should be self motivated
- Attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0900-1730
