Finance Officer

Randox Laboratories has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join its growing finance team. The successful applicant will assist in the preparation of both the Randox Laboratories HQ and international office accounts.

The Role:

• To assist in the preparation of both Randox HQ and International office accounts
• To perform monthly close off duties
• SAP implementation and support
• Preparation of monthly prepayments and accruals on SAP.
• Preparing journals to be posted to SAP.
• The ability to analyze and present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Deal with operational matters and provide support for international office staff.
• Monitor stock levels.

The Candidate:

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in preparing accounts - P/L & Balance sheets.
• Be able to prioritise tasks.
• Be organised and able to work under pressure.
• Be proficient in the Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Work under own initiative within a team environment

Desirable Criteria:

• Part qualified accountant or someone with their account technician qualification.
• Previous administration experience.
• Experience in using Sage 500 or SAP.
