The Finance Operations Analyst sits within the Working Capital Team located within the Finance department, and is tasked with ensuring the effective delivery of eBilling support to the legal teams. The role of Finance Operations Analyst plays a crucial function in supporting the Revenue teams in all aspects of eBilling.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload of e-billing text/XML files into a variety of e-billing solutions
First line support within the E-Billing Support Team to assist with/resolve issues relating to e-billing to include manipulation of text files
Reporting and tracker management on a day to day basis
Manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from receiving to completed upload of all invoices under your remit
Attend calls and debt management meetings based on your client portfolio
Review and continually update procedure notes based on your client portfolio - this includes providing advice and guidance for clients under your remit
Regularly review the failed/rejected e-billing tracker and assist in resolving any issues on a timely basis, escalating as required. Prepare the e-billing tracker for review.
Assist with e-billing set ups and timekeeper uploads as required.
Undertake further duties as directed by Revenue Team Leaders
Skills and Experience Required:
A team player with strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise at all levels.
Adaptable and able to complete tasks without close supervision.
Self-motivated and dedicated to task completion.
Very good working knowledge of Excel, with good knowledge of Word and Outlook and general familiarity with IT systems.
An ability to process e-bills is an advantage.
Very Organised in your day to day working from multiple work streams
Must be articulate and professional in delivery, with a well-developed sense of discretion.
Must be flexible over hours and prepared to work occasional overtime when required, in particular at month ends.
