We are working with a membership body who are looking for an Operations Assistant on a 9 month fixed term contract.
The Operations Assistant provides operational administrative support across the organisation; which includes administration, finance, general troubleshooting in the absence of the Head of Operations, and managing shared inboxes.
This person will mainly work from home, but will be required to go into the office the last Thursday of every month.
As Operations Assistant will
- Provide operational support to colleagues as necessary.
- Respond to enquiries including referrals, client and professional contacts and suppliers.
- Support staff in planning for meetings by booking meeting rooms.
- Supporter renewals - process renewals for corporate and individual supporters.
- Update the invoice spreadsheet with new payments, send out invoices.
To be successful in the role you will
- Have a proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
- Be able to develop and maintain efficient and accurate filing and recording systems.
- Be experienced in note taking.
- Be experienced in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM systems.
- Have experience of maintaining efficient and accurate filing systems.
