Finance Transactions Manager | PE-Backed Energy Scale-Up
Salary & Package: Up to £75K (DOE) + Bonus + and benefits
Central London (3 days in the office)
STOIX is partnering exclusively with an exciting PE-backed Energy carve-out business at the forefront of positive change. With a robust cash flow and an impressive portfolio spanning the UK, they are set for future organic and inorganic growth through strategic acquisitions.
The role
You will play a pivotal role in the success of the finance function, leading your transactions team across AP, AR, and Treasury. The complex element of this role will be surrounding AR. You will need to steer the team across residential invoices, streamline how they're processed, and reconcile the finance system to operate smoothly whilst identifying areas of improvement.
Given the nature of this scale-up, you will need to be hands-on in processing invoices, bank reconciliations and cash flow.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of managing AP, AR and Treasury
- Dynamics 365 and/or SAP experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams.
- In-office presence 3 days a week in London
Desired Personality Traits: Whilst an outgoing and commercial mindset is a plus, they value diligence, honesty, politeness, and credibility. A solution-oriented approach is crucial.
What Sets Them Apart?
- Unique opportunities for career growth and development
- Reporting to a charismatic and dynamic CFO
- An exciting scale-up, offering exposure not usually seen at this level
