Your new role
Responsibility for multiple legal entities within the group, preparation of profit and loss, balance sheet and financial reports. You'll support in audit and internal control requirements and duties will include:
- Reviewing and analysing the quarterly Phased Financial Reviews for all assigned legal entities to be presented to the Director level and other Finance stakeholders
- Ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery as part of Global SSC contract
- Preparation and review of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation for assigned legal entities and review of direct reports LE's
- Monthly high volume journal preparation, including review of direct reports journal preparation to ensure high quality and accuracy
- Quarterly preparation of Reporting packs for Group and Management Reporting teams
- Leading role in statutory annual audits for UK entities, working with external auditing team for planning and organising, and preparing ETB's (extended trial balances) and reviewing financial statements
What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with an understanding and experience of statutory reporting requirements. You'll be available to start at short notice.
