Our client is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their Finance team and support the fast-growing and dynamic business. The Financial Accountant is a key player in ensuring the quality and compliance of financial reporting. This role requires a solid knowledge of real estate accounting standards and regulations. You will work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant
- Prepare and submit financial statements in line with IFRS standards
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations
- Monitor and analyse cash flows and financial risks
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis
Key essentials of the Financial Accountant
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
