This an exciting time to join as the business are going through a period of change, therefore an individual who is adaptable, willing to learn and looking to take a step into a fast-paced environment, would be ideal.Responsibilities include:Support the Financial Director with the preparation of consolidated accounts for the Group company and subsidiariesProduction of monthly management accounts and board packs including financial MI, variance analysis and investigation, rolling forecasts, budgets and business plansAssist with the audit process and tax queries from tax advisorsDeliver and control cashflow management, planning, analysis and forecastingStrong focus on optimising cash flows within agreed commercial terms and strategyControl and manage inter-company and all balance sheet reconciliationsDeliver all compliance returns including VAT, PAYE, Government returns, company secretarial tasks and requirementsPerform Ad-Hoc projects as and when required, such as new system implementation, aligning group accounting policies, implementing new controls, and ensuring financial controls and delegated authorities are adhered toOur local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
