SalaryInvestigo are delighted to be supporting a large Milton Keynes based Financial Services business with their recruitment of a Financial Accountant, on a permanent basis.
The Financial Accountant will act as the deputy to the Financial Controller, and duties will include:
- Overseeing the Head Office reporting
- Taxation for two legal entities.
- Assisting in the preparation of statutory reporting for the UK and Ireland businesses.
- Providing guidance where needed and overseeing all internal projects that involve input from Accounting.
- Regular review of all balance sheet reconciliations produced by the team.
- Assisting in month end reporting processes such as asset buyback reporting, IFRS9 and bad debt reporting.
The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified individual with a strong technical accounting background. This may have been gained in either Practice or Industry, however Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise across all areas of an organisation. Any experience of driving process improvement would be advantageous.
Our Client is offering a Salary of GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 + 10% Bonus
