Your new role
As Financial Controller, you will support the Managing Director with full day-to-day control of the finance function. This role will supervise the accounts team and is very hands-on, including management accounts preparation, VAT, month end, and liaising with auditors at year-end, reporting, analysis and other ad-hoc duties when needed.
There is also a need to streamline and improve processes as well as make recommendations which contribute to a smooth running of the accounts team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant, who will have experience in both management and financial accounting. Experience of excel and managing staff will also be beneficial.
