SalaryPure are representing a company that has an outstanding reputation in their industry, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function and a small team.
With significant growth experienced the last few years, and with this set to continue, we are looking for an experienced Financial Controller that can roll there sleeves up and have the determination to improve reporting, analytics, systems, controls, and processes.
The successful candidate will take on a hands-on role, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to help deliver continuous strategic growth.
What we are looking for: -
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Industry background dealing with stock would be highly desirable.
- Experience of a systems implementation would be useful along with improving financial processes and controls.
- Strong commercial leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop the finance team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a determination to succeed.
Please note that this role is predominantly office based with flexibility offered for the right candidate. Office hours are 8am to 5pm with our client offering a very competitive salary and benefits.
