Financial Controller

Robert Half are delighted to be working with a market leading client who are based in heart of Yeovil. Our client is currently looking for a commercial Financial Controller who can start immediately.

Over the course of this interim contract you will be responsible for leading the small finance team of 4 and acting as the point of contact for any financial queries.

This will be a broad role taking responsibility for the reporting of the monthly financials & KPIs to the group, leading a team and month end duties.

Salary: Up to £350 per day (via Umbrella)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Yeovil - Hybrid working (4 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, monthly reporting and forecasting processes
• Prepare balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Managing and leading a team of 4
• Cash Flow and Treasury Management
• Financial Controls and Management reporting
• Manage audit relationships

Person Specification:

• Ability to plan and develop strategy
• Strong communication skills
• Effective team management capabilities
