IN2 Consult are working with a client who are looking for a Financial Controller to manage a team of 5, ensure the smooth running of the day to day finance function, implement controls, review monthly management reports, consolidations and produce the year-end statutory accounts. You will take complete ownership of the budgeting and forecasting whilst business partnering with both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Duties:- Manage a team of 5 finance professionals
- Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day finance function
- Implement controls to safeguard financial assets
- Review monthly management reports and provide analysis
- Prepare and consolidate for the UK entity
- Produce the year-end statutory accounts
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform regular cash flow analysis
- Act as a business partner to senior management
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA qualification
- Proven experience in a similar Financial Controller role
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting along with having at least 3 years of post qualification experience.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of management reporting and statutory accounts
- Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills
- Advanced reconciliation and cash flow analysis abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Previous experience in managing multiple direct reports
