We're exclusively partnered with a Sovereign Wealth Fund, who are looking to add an Interim Financial controller to their Real Estate team on a maternity cover.
This is a maternity cover looking for an experienced Qualified Accountant with Real Estate experience, to focus on the oversight of cash management and work closely with JV partners.
This role can be a part-time, 4 days a week role.
Key responsibilities:
- Business partnering, internal and external stakeholder management
- Work closely with JV Partners on any funding requirements and quarterly reporting
- Work closely with the asset and investment management team, assisting with any accounting queries, monitoring the projects
- Assist with any ad hoc projects
- Contribute to financial reporting, oversight of cash management, reviewing bank balances
- Process improvement, improve processes for efficiencies
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
- Real Estate industry experience
- Yardi experience beneficial
- Must be immediately available
