Twenty-Four Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a growing Care Home operator in North London, Middlesex who is currently looking for a qualified accountant to be responsible for supporting the delivery of business objectives through the provision and interpretation of key commercial management information. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of a rapidly growing business and have the unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from the CEO and Finance Director.

Duties:
- Support the day-to-day management of the accounts function
- Oversee the month end process for various entities
- Manage the implementation of a new accounting system
- Manage and maintain an effective credit control function
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting for the group
- Assist in the consolidation of group financials and preparation of budgets, forecasts, etc
- Analysing Commercial P&L and Balance sheet with ownership of specific P&L lines
- Cashflow forecasting
- Support the integration of acquisitions and new business units
- Prepare and submit applications for government funding
- Documentation of accounting processes and policies
- Work collaboratively with senior management
- Monitoring Capex and manage cost control across operations
- Support in various head office projects
- Managing all insurance claims for the Group
Person requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- Ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively with peers
- Experience with Microsoft dynamics is beneficial
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Interest in systems and reporting with the confidence to own, create and improve processes
- Experience of managing finance projects
- Highly numerate + analytical, with good attention to detail
- Deadline orientated
- Ambitious and keen to make an impact.
