Talentedge are exclusively partnering with this high growth VC backed FinTech scaleup on their newest finance hire, reporting directly into the CFO. Having seen exponential growth year on year, and with a big push planned on their already impressive international expansion, this is an incredibly exciting time to join this business.

You will be responsible for building out one of their most high profile entities and managing all things finance with the opportunity to really make it your own. You’ll be amazing for this role if you have a passion for technology, love the idea of working in a dynamic, early stage business and are excited by the opportunity to be a part of something that will change the future of finance!

Key responsibilities:

· Build out the finance function ensuring robust controls, fit to support continued rapid growth and expansion

· Management of day to day finance for your own entity

· Ownership of KPI analysis, providing insights to drive business decision making

· Ensure the company is always compliant in relation to transfer pricing and that all relevant documentation is maintained and updated regularly

· Ensure regulatory compliance

· Assisting on future investment rounds

· Making use of technology to automate where possible

Profile:

· Qualified accountant (preferably practice trained)

Experienced, proven Controller

· High growth FinTech experience, as well as having experienced best practice in a larger organisation

· Comfortable working with multi currencies and preparing consolidated accounts

· Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
