- This role is available for a period of 12 months
As a Financial Crime Academy Manager, you’ll be managing the FinCrime Academy asset, including scoping, design and delivery, through to review and evaluation. We’ll look to you to partner with teams across the wider learning and development community and work with a range of stakeholders to gather information, provide updates and seek decisions.

In addition, you’ll:
- Design and implement the FinCrime Academy strategy across all FinCrime business pillars shaping creative learning products and services that will increase the capability of our people including all technical and support teams
- Grow the Academy to increase the capability of our people as a One Bank FinCrime product and drive FinCrime Academy website for internal and external recognition
- Complete internal and external research to identify potential technology solutions that support the delivery of our learning strategy.
- Analyse internal and external data and trends in learning to make recommendations on future strategy and associated projects
- Make sure that all Academy elements are learner focused and simple, using data-led decision making to measure effectiveness while supporting the overall strategy and driving value for the bank
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to leverage your expertise in website management and your knowledge of learning and development to create engaging technical content. Additionally, we’ll expect you to have experience of stakeholder management and of influencing diverse professional teams.
We’ll also look to you to bring:
- Experience of managing learning and development initiatives or similar across multiple areas and stakeholders
- An understanding of learning management systems and how to design visual journeys and navigation with strong proficiency in web development techniques and tools
- Experience with content management systems, including SharePoint online, Agile Place, Microsoft applications, google data studio with awareness of one bank design and accessibility standards
- The ability to present complex information simply and professionally
- An improver innovator attitude with creative experience in strategy development and product design
