This new role of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager has been created to ensure there is a succession plan for the Head of Finance, to provide leadership to the existing team and to partner with the business. About the role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is primarily accountable for the preparation and control, development and delivery of all Management Information and costings within the Harbro Group and will be responsible for managing a small team in support of the management accounting, forecasting and budgeting process.
You’ll be responsible for managing Management Information to Revenue and Functional Streams, including partnering directly with two business areas.
About you
- Experience in financial or analytical leadership roles, you may be a qualified accountant or be qualified by experience.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation.
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
- Good IT skills, with an interest in new technologies, Power BI would be helpful but not essential
- Excellent analytical capability with a strong attention to detail.
- A high level of integrity, dependability and a proactive approach.
