Reporting into the Head of Financial Control & Planning, the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in supporting to executive decision making process providing guidance to Managing Director and other members of the Senior Management Team.
Duties and responsibilities of the FP&R Manager will include:
- Managing a small, successful finance team based at the Castleford site.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information, for both internal and Group exec. reviews
- Analyse and review Monthly results with the Managing Director and wider Senior Management Team
- Ownership of central Overheads, Sales, General & Admin cost budgets and forecasts
- Develop and lead the financial capture for the annual budget and 3-5 year strategic planning process
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifications
- Previous experience in business partnering with Senior Stakeholders
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Advanced excel skills
Salary & Benefits
In return, the successful Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will receive the following:
- £65,000 - £70,000 base salary
- 25 days holidays
