£50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus bonus

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join a consistently growing business in the Hailsham area on a permanent basis.

This business has grown from strength to strength and has tripled in turnover over the last few years. They have a consistent growth strategy to acquire new businesses and part of this role is to manage the accounts of the subsidiaries to be able to report in to head office and produce consolidated accounts.

Your duties will include:

• Production of management accounts for businesses without local capability
• Mapping local management information to Group reporting
• Liaising with local finance teams and reviewing month end reports
• Supporting the consolidation team
• Review local balance sheet reconciliations
• Providing cash flow information to treasury function
• Support post-acquisition of new subsidiaries
• Presenting financial reports at local board meetings
• Assisting with standard and landed costing models

Key requirements:

• Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ideally someone with an audit or practice background
