Financial Services, acting for a variety of clients (including, eg fintechs, corporates and investment banks) on a genuinely broad range of interesting, often cutting-edge, regulatory advisory work in the fintech space, including and in particular in relation to payments, crypto and artificial intelligence (AI). Aside from working at a firm with strength and depth in the tech sector, a particular USP is the quality and breadth of advisory work, combined with the lack of corporate / transactional support. Financial Services regulatory associate with demonstrable private practice experience in the fintech space and in particular in relation to payments, crypto, or AI. Perhaps you are someone who wants to work within a more entrepreneurial team where you can develop a greater focus on, say, crypto and AI, as well as being able to help shape the future development of the practice. There is excellent, senior Knowledge Lawyer support and the role will collaborate closely with partners who are genuinely invested in mentoring and bringing forward their associates.
