Financial Support Co-ordinator

Salary: 18.05
Duration: ASAP - This is a fixed term appointment for 7 months
The Financial Support Office is responsible for the administration and awarding of scholarships, bursaries and studentships to the universities undergraduate and postgraduate students.
We are looking foran outstanding administrator and communicator, experienced in providing a high level of customer service. You will take operational responsibility for a range of scholarships, bursaries, specific award schemes and hardship funds, and provide advice to applicants, offer holders, students, and staff on a variety of Financial Support matters. You will also work closely with Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) on scholarship support from external donors.
Candidates should have:
- Experience in delivering and/or providing information about Financial Support or other services to students or other clients / stakeholders
- Experience of assessing Financial Support applications or similar
- Experience of using CRM functionality for the purposes of enquiry management and resolution
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload, and meet deadlines in accordance with agreed objectives
