Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnering with a highly reputable Public Sector organisation based in Lancashire who are looking to recruit an Financial Systems Assistant on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have experience working in the public sector previously and can confidently do the below duties:
Duties:
- Provide daily support with the maintenance and control of the Financial Systems
- Ensuring the Financial Systems service is reliable and supports the company to achieve required objectives
- Supporting the transactional services including creditor payments, purchase ordering, payroll and HR functions
- Carry out regular system housekeeping
- Maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
Experience:
- AAT Qualification or equivalent level
- Experience working within the public sector
- Internal and external communication experience
- Using a database or a financial system in a work environment
- Working with deadlines
