You'll collaborate with a team of talented professionals to restore properties to their optimal condition.

Responsibilities of aFinishing Site Manager:

• Lead and manage internal trades.
• Collaborate closely with clients and residents to schedule and coordinate repair works, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and prioritize necessary repairs and renovations.
• Plan and organize the execution of the internal carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.

Desirable Experience of a Finishing Site Manager:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing highend projects.
• Strong background in construction, refurbishment, or related fields, with a deep understanding of various trades.
• Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation and task prioritization.
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions for repair and renovation challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, residents, and team members.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance in refurbishment projects.

Qualifications & Skills of a Finishing Site Manager:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS

Both self-employed (CIS) and PAYE options are available.
