Location: Croydon (hybrid after six months probation)
Salary: £23,000

Key Purpose of the role:
The First Line Support Analyst will be responsible for the day to day support of our staff within a support function consisting of several layers of technical expertise within a 3500+ user base in a top 100 Learning Disability Provider. Under the current circumstances the role will be mainly remote however when normality resumes, they will be expected to attend HQ Regularly.
Essential Criteria:
- Windows 10 support experience
- Office suite (Outlook,Word etc) support experience
- Basic Understanding of networking (TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user administration
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Awareness of data security principles and process
- Awareness of ITIL processes
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Deliver the service within the defined service levels
- Prioritise calls according to the defined priorities
