SalarySupplier Engagement Representative
We're looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Supplier Engagement Representative to join us on a part-time/Fixed Term contract basis to help our Supplier Success Team maintain the engagement of current suppliers during peak season. Ideally, we are looking at 2-3 days a week for a period from April 2024 till August / September 2024. There is an opportunity to progress into a full-time role by the end of the contract, subject to performance.
You'll be here to help our expert party suppliers maintain their availability so they can provide showstopping services for our clients this summer! You'll do this by communicating with suppliers to get transparency of availability during the peak summer season. With suppliers busy at events we see a natural drop in Supplier Engagement, so it will be your role and responsibility to engage these suppliers and maintain a key relationship during these months. You'll also work closely with our VIP supplier to maximise their potential - helping them to navigate the Poptop platform, utilise Poptop efficiently, and generate more revenue and bookings for their business.
Our primary support channels are email and telephone. You'll have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner in both written and verbal interactions.
Key responsibilities:
- You'll support our suppliers to manage their availability, ensuring they maximise their potential on the platform during peak season.
- You'll care about our suppliers, providing excellent customer service and becoming a user advocate within the team.
- You'll communicate client and supplier feedback to the rest of the Poptop team.
About you
The role is ideal for students looking for a part-time job opportunity. You've gained customer service/account management experience within an established in support-oriented company and want to progress your professional skills in a tech start-up company. You are energetic, passionate, a great communicator, and enjoy interacting with new people daily.
