Morson Talent are partnering with their key customer, Severn Trent Water, on a new and exciting opportunity for our candidates seeking to build a career with our client. We are looking for customer service/administration professionals to join on a initial 4-month contract. The role will be a Fleet Administrator, working in their prestigeous hub in coventry city centre.
Job Duties:- Supporting transport workshops with day to day enquires
- Raising purchase order numbers for invoices from external suppliers
- Liaising with customers and investigating customer complaints
- Providing Management Information reporting on a monthly basis
- Allocation and re-allocation of vehicles and hiring vehicles when required
- Carrying out tasks to ensure the vehicles remain legally compliant, as well as supporting with a range of other fleet administration activities and initiatives
- Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
At least 1+ years of experience in fleet administration or a related field is preferred.
