AddressWe are looking for a Fleet and Facilities Administrator to join our growing team. This in an exciting time to join us as we have just opened up a new and improved West Midlands Hub and are expanding teams across the business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Facilities team with all queries and requests as well as providing administrative support.
- Financial administration including invoice management, raising purchase orders, receipting invoices, requesting statements, and updating invoice trackers.
- Liaising with the in-house maintenance team in relation to vehicle handovers.
Please note - the successful applicants must also be comfortable opening the Popes Lane office at 07:00am each weekday morning. On occasion, you may also be required to work a later shift and close the building at 6:00pm.
Our Ideal Candidate? We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Prioritising a busy workload is also key in this role, so you will have excellent organisational skills as well as previous administration experience. In addition, you will have a high level of written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. A high attention to detail and accuracy will be required for this role.
