JC101 - Fleet Manager

Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Fleet Manager to join their team in Hayes, Middlesex.
Duties and Responsibilities:
It should be noted that the below is not an exhaustive list and at various times you will be called upon to act in numerous different roles within the Company dependent on the Companies needs at that time.
Admin:
- Answering Incoming Calls.
- Paying for parking.
- Answering the front door.
- Issuing parking permits for visitors.
Fleet Management:
- Integration of New Vehicles into the fleet.
- Booking MOTs and Servicing.
- Dealing with all incidents relating to breakdown (including flat tyres).
- Dealing with insurers following accidents etc.
- Booking Repairs in with our local garage.
- Monitoring Fuel usage Reports and reporting anomalies to Team Managers.
- Updating ULEZ and Congestion Monitoring Report
- Downloading Driver Behavior report for Monthly Meeting.
- Central Control of Keys, AA Cards, Fuel Cards, inhouse vehicle maintenance records, and administration of all vehicle related documents.
Full training will be given.
Skills and Experience:
- UK Driving License.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
