We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our clients' team at a rapidly expanding industrial park. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of the site, ensuring excellence in customer service, managing service charge budgets, and championing health and safety practices, whilst representing a leading brand in the world of Real Estate.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Excellence: Take the lead in delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, fostering strong relationships, and addressing any concerns promptly. Financial Oversight: Contribute to the development and management of service charge budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining high service standards. Health and Safety Leadership: Implement and oversee robust health and safety protocols across the site. Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance with relevant regulations. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the growth and objectives of the logistics park. Team Management: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate or logistics industry. Desirable: IOSH qualification or equivalent in health and safety. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Personal Attributes:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
