About the Role and You
Contract type: Part-time, permanent, 0.4 FTE
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Start date: September 2024
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging Food and Nutrition lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Foster a learning environment where every pupil feels valued and nurtured.
- Bringing learning to life with hands-on projects and interactive activities.
- Empower students to think creatively.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field (desirable)
- Has QTS (essential).
- Has at least 1 year’s experience teaching.
- Has experience designing and implementing inspirational and engaging schemes of work.
- Is flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic.
- Has a passion for inspiring creativity.
