Food & Beverage Director – Golf Club

Compensation: $80,000 + Relocation + Benefits + 401K + PTO

Location: Cincinnati, OH

My client, who is a prominent establishment in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Director to oversee its culinary operations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic food and beverage environment at an esteemed gold course.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations at the Golf Club
• Menu planning and development
• Inventory management and procurement
• Budgeting and financial management for the food and beverage department
• Maintaining high-quality service standards
• Coordinating special events and functions
• Managing staff training and development within the food and beverage team

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Golf Club or resort setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
