We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager/General Restaurant Manager for a multi-site operation encompassing restaurants, coffee shops and events under one roof. You will have a lot of autonomy to manage the business, implement new ideas and be creative in your approach to driving sales.
A massive bonus is you will work predominantly straight day time shifts with just the occasional evening.

The Food & Beverage Manager/General Restaurant General Manager we are looking for will have a quality food led background, exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to recruit and train great people and build sales. Alongside being financially and commercially astute.
An entrepreneurial and creative approach to identifying, implementing and maximising sales is key, so it will suit someone looking to work without big brand corporate constraints.
It is a very busy business so you will also need some volume experience and exerience of leading a large team.
Role - Food & Beverage Manager
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will:
- Manage all day to day operations
- Control labour, stock and all costs & budgets
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
- Oversee and work closely with the kitchen team
- Drive sales and come up with new ideas to increase revenue and spend
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work to company targets and KPIs'
Attributes - Food & Beverage Manager
- Experience as a food & Beverage/General Restaurant Manager in high volume fast paced commercial customer facing operations - ideally with some multi-site experience
- Strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability
- Excellent people, communication and people management skills
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
- An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance
- The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
- Strong leadership, coaching, performance management and people development skills
- A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
- IT literate - working with systems & process
