We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our teams onboard.  Join us and begin your new career with Cunard.As a Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible building and maintaining an effective team. You will need to ensure that all service issues are resolved in an effective manner, identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience satisfaction scores. You will be responsible for managing department costs within budget, monitoring and controlling expenditure within your departments. As a head of department you will be accountable for effectively managing the department; completing appraisals identifying development opportunities and providing support to managers and supervisors to guide, motivate and direct their respective teamsAre you able to prioritise and organise effectively when managing an extensive number of outlets and large teams on board Are you someone can communicate effectively with multiple nationalities Are you someone who thrives on being detail orientated to deliver the best product If so you could be ideally suited to the Food and Beverage Manager position. To join Cunard in this fantastic role you must have the following:

Experience of working as a Food and Beverage onboard a cruise shipExperience of financial management of stock, cost controls and budgets and meeting and exceeding targetsExperience of COSH, USPH and Food Hygiene standards Extensive managerial experience of managing a large team conducting appraisals, development plans and motivating staff, ideally within the cruise industry
