Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller and Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Eton Windsor. This pivotal role will support our continued growth by managing financial transactions and ensuring efficient control over client receivables. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking professional who is adept at using financial tools such as Sage 50 and Satago.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire cycle of credit control activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports using Sage 50.
- Utilize Satago for efficient credit management and risk assessment.
- Liaise with clients in the public sector to ensure timely payments and manage relationships.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Sage 50 and Satago or similar financial software.
- Excellent understanding of credit control processes and accounting principles.
- Ability to think outside the box with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable.
